Shipping policy
1. Shipping Locations
NexVape currently ships within the United Kingdom only.
We do not offer international or overseas shipping at this time.
Orders placed with delivery addresses outside of the UK will be cancelled and refunded.
2. Shipping Charges
- Free Standard UK Delivery on orders over £35
- Orders under £35 will incur a standard delivery charge calculated at checkout.
Shipping costs are clearly displayed before payment is completed.
3. Dispatch Times
We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible:
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday–Friday): Dispatched the same working day where possible.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM, weekends, or bank holidays: Dispatched the next working day.
During peak periods or promotional events, dispatch times may be slightly extended.
4. Delivery Methods
We use trusted UK courier partners, including services comparable to those used by Vape Connect, such as:
- Royal Mail Tracked Services
- DPD Tracked Delivery
All shipments are fully tracked, and tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
5. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Standard Delivery: 1–3 working days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or high-volume periods.
6. Age Verification & Adult Signature
NexVape sells age-restricted products.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 years or older.
Couriers may carry out age verification checks upon delivery, and a valid ID may be required.
Failure to pass age verification may result in the parcel being returned to us. Refunds may be issued minus delivery and return charges.
7. Tracking Your Order
Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details so you can monitor your delivery.
If you do not receive tracking information within 24 hours of dispatch, please contact our support team.
8. Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout.
NexVape is not responsible for:
- Incorrect addresses entered by customers
- Missed deliveries
- Parcels not collected from delivery depots
Returned parcels may be subject to additional delivery charges for redelivery.
9. Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or has not been delivered within 5 working days of dispatch, please contact us immediately so we can investigate with the courier.
Claims must be reported within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.
