This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which Nexvape accepts returns and issues refunds. By purchasing from Nexvape, you agree to the conditions set out below. This policy is designed in accordance with UK consumer law while also reflecting the hygiene and safety requirements associated with vaping products.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order. To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging intact. For hygiene and safety reasons, all seals must remain unbroken.
Proof of purchase is required for all returns. This includes order confirmation, receipt, or any other valid evidence of purchase. Nexvape reserves the right to refuse a refund if sufficient proof is not provided.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Due to the nature of vaping products, certain items are non-returnable. Opened or used products cannot be refunded unless they are faulty. This includes, but is not limited to, vape kits, mods, pods, and consumable items.
E-liquids and nicotine salts may only be returned if they remain unopened and unused, in compliance with hygiene regulations. Any product that has been opened, tampered with, or used will not be eligible for a refund unless deemed defective.
FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, you must notify Nexvape as soon as possible. Claims must include clear photographic evidence and relevant order details.
Where a fault or error is verified, Nexvape will offer a replacement or refund in accordance with UK consumer protection laws. Nexvape reserves the right to assess the condition of returned items before approving any refund.
For safety reasons, certain hazardous goods (including items containing flammable liquids or gases) may not be required to be returned. In such cases, Nexvape will provide further instructions.
RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return, you must contact Nexvape customer support with your order details, including proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and any supporting images where applicable.
Once your request has been reviewed and approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your item. Returns must be sent to the address provided below or any alternative address communicated by our support team.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that returned items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Nexvape is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

REFUND PROCESSING
Refunds will be processed once returned items have been received and inspected. Nexvape aims to process refunds within 48 hours of receiving the returned goods; however, the time it takes for funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
CONDITIONS FOR REFUNDS
To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met: the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Nexvape reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
Returns that do not comply with this policy may be refused or returned to the sender.
